Public Domain Policy

I expressly release into the public domain any material I've created and published for the Thool setting, insofar as I have the power to do so. I grant permission to use it in its original form, or to make any alterations you like, or to use it in your own publications or products free of charge. You don't have to ask me, and you don't have to give me credit. It's cool if you do, but don't feel like you have to. I retain no copyright.

I believe all illustrations and source literary materials featured on this site are in the public domain in the United States. Please double-check your applicable laws before use.

As far as I'm concerned, if you like anything I've created, you should take it and use it in whatever manner you see fit. (You might drop me a line and say “hi,” but that's not a policy matter.)

My public domain policy doesn't apply to rules, mechanics, or other references to Tunnels & Trolls. Tunnels & Trolls was originally created by Ken St. Andre, and "Tunnels & Trolls" and "T&T" are trademarks of Flying Buffalo, Inc.

Tunnels & Trolls rules and terms are used on this website with the kind permission of both Mr. St. Andre and Flying Buffalo, Inc. My use is not intended as a challenge to any rights vested in either.
